About Cindy Kryzak

Cindy has for many years been a devoted student and teacher of inner life and self discovery.  Her work with a master's degree in teaching has led her in front of many audiences and classes full of eager students,  but after overcoming a series of life challenges she found her true calling and devotion as a teacher of inner life.  

Cindy is a student and teacher of The Work of Byron Katie.  The work is an absolutely profound tool of inner investigation.  We all hold stressful beliefs and through the simple four questions and turnaround, one can actually dismantle and see through any stressful belief.  
This leave one with the direct experience of freedom and a lasting realization beyond a mere intellectual conviction.  Such a powerful seeing is often life changing.     

Cindy helps lead one through an investigation into the heart to directly realize the freedom which has no circumstance or opposite.   She has helped hundreds find the lasting peace we all long for. 

Private sessions with Cindy are held at Radiant Family but she also offers phone and Skype sessions which prove to be equally powerful.
